The new-age online help technology for non-graphic applications in text windows!

The multitude of functions provided by BOS-EXPERT and all graphic layout facilities for displaying online help are also available in combination with applications in text windows. In addition, the user-friendliness of applications is considerably enhanced by the following features.

 

Automatic Data Transfer Facility

BOS-EXPERT can be used to display all valid input values for a data entry field. Up to 10 values can be transferred automatically from the help window into the appropriate fields of the application screen. This data entry method speeds up overall application processing and eliminates errors resulting form invalid user input.

Powerful positioning functions

The field content, even in combination with the content of several other fields and other components on the application screen, can be used to build a key for automatically positioning on the related help topic.
