Creating online help without program changes!

BOS-EXPERT allows to prepare help functions for any kind of applications without program alterations. It is not necessary for the application programmers to create Help Ids for an object which should have a help function associated with it. 
 
Each time help is created or requested, the individual objects of an application are automatically identified due to the comprehensive identification logic provided by BOS-EXPERT.

 

Supporting any type of applications

For creating help, no source code access is required. The technical concept of BOS-EXPERT allows to support inhouse applications as well as third party application packages - independent of the programming language.

Context-sensitive help functions for all application components

Help functions can be created for active and inactive objects such as text fields, list boxes (including the individual elements shown in a list box), comboboxes, icons, labels, field descriptions, buttons, ...

Immediate availability of created help

A help function is immediately available for use after leaving the create help mode and returning to the application window. Re-compiling the application program or linking another file is not necessary.
